Joe Glaser
Founder of Beta Delta
Joe Glaser helped establish the Beta Delta Chapter at Rutgers University in 1948 and served as chapter advisor from the chapter’s founding era in the late 1940s until his death in the 1980s. His leadership established the foundation that generations of brothers continue to build upon.
Joe’s continued presence—sharing meals, attending chapter gatherings and appearing in later composites—shows that his role extended far beyond the founding moment. He is a member of the Beta Delta Hall of Fame.

Steven Springer
Steven was a founding brother of Beta Delta’s late-1990s return and later served as chapter advisor during the 2010s, continuing the tradition of alumni leadership.
