Brotherhood beyond graduation

Alumni

Beta Delta alumni remain part of the chapter through relationships, mentorship, events, housing support and the history they share.

After Rutgers

The chapter relationship does not have to end at graduation

Alumni understand parts of the Beta Delta experience that current members are only beginning to encounter. They can provide perspective on careers, relationships, chapter decisions and the transition from college into adult life.

Staying connected does not require holding a formal title. Alumni can return for events, answer a younger brother’s question, share an opportunity or simply remain part of the relationships they built at Rutgers.

106 College Avenue creates a new physical point of connection. It gives alumni a place to return to and a chapter project that links the work of current brothers with the history of those who came before them.

Leadership Across Generations

Three Beta Delta presidents in one room

Chapter Advisor Keith Brauer, current President Michael Galari and alumnus Ryan Hopp have each served Beta Delta as President during a different period in the chapter’s history.

The photo captures something central to a lasting fraternity: leadership does not disappear when a term ends. Former officers carry context, lessons and relationships that can help the next group of students make better decisions.

For current brothers, that continuity creates access to mentorship and perspective. For alumni, it provides a meaningful way to remain connected to the chapter they once led.

Mentorship & Career Support

A practical network built on an existing relationship

The strongest alumni connections are not transactional. They begin with a shared chapter experience and grow when older brothers are willing to offer honest advice or make an introduction when it is appropriate.

Current members benefit from hearing how alumni navigated early careers, graduate school, relocation and other decisions after Rutgers. Alumni benefit by staying connected to a chapter that helped shape their own college experience.
