A reliable meeting place
Brothers can hold chapter meetings, small-group conversations and planning sessions in a space connected to the organization.
106 College Avenue
Securing a lettered home on College Avenue required sustained work from undergraduate leaders, alumni, advisors and Zeta Beta Tau International.
The Meaning of the House
106 College Avenue is more than an address. It is the result of undergraduate leaders, alumni, advisors and Zeta Beta Tau International working toward the same long-term goal.
The property was formerly home to Alpha Sigma Phi and has a long connection to fraternity life on College Avenue. For Beta Delta, the opportunity represented a chance to establish a visible home in the center of campus—but turning that opportunity into reality required far more than putting letters on a building.
Leaders had to communicate across different groups, work through housing responsibilities and keep the project moving while still managing the chapter’s daily needs. That process demanded patience because the benefits were not only for the brothers doing the work; they were for future classes who had not joined yet.
Leadership Behind the Project
Michael Galari became one of the undergraduate leaders most closely involved with the house. Through his housing responsibilities, he helped maintain communication and move the project from an idea toward a functioning chapter home.
Chapter Advisor Keith Brauer provided the long-term perspective that undergraduate leaders could not have on their own. His relationships with alumni and ZBT International helped connect the project to people with experience, institutional knowledge and a commitment to Beta Delta’s future.
No single person secured the house alone. The result came from several groups continuing to work together when progress required more time and detail than outsiders could see.
Meet the Chapter LeadershipWhat the House Changes
Brothers can hold chapter meetings, small-group conversations and planning sessions in a space connected to the organization.
Prospective members, families and alumni can experience the chapter in a setting that reflects its history and current direction.
A chapter home gives alumni a place to return to and a visible project through which they can support younger brothers.
The house requires current members to care for the property, follow expectations and leave it in better condition for future classes.
Family & Alumni Connection
106 College Avenue gives Beta Delta a setting for future alumni visits, family gatherings, chapter meetings and moments that connect current brothers with the people who helped build the chapter before them.

Support the Future of 106 College Avenue
Housing Manager Shane Russin and Chapter Advisor Keith Brauer are working with President Michael Galari and the undergraduate chapter to strengthen 106 College Avenue and make the new home reflect the history, standards and future of Beta Delta.
The campaign supports chapter letters, furnishings and practical improvements that will help turn the property into a lasting place for meetings, recruitment, study, alumni engagement and brotherhood. The goal is not simply to fill a house, but to establish a home that future classes will continue to build upon.
Alumni, parents and friends who choose to participate are investing directly in the continuity of Beta Delta at Rutgers. Their support helps current leaders care for the chapter’s newest and most visible long-term responsibility.
Support 106 College AvenueLooking Forward
Renovation and improvement will continue. The chapter’s responsibility is to treat 106 College Avenue as a long-term investment in Beta Delta rather than a short-term benefit for one group of members.
